Returns & Refund Eligibility

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Items that have been damaged, altered, or excessively worn after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Customized Items Exception
- Items that have been customized with a message, initials, or any other personalization cannot be returned or refunded, unless an error was made in the customization.
- If there is a mistake in the customization due to our error, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for a resolution.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our us with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless there is a mistake in the customization due to our error, in which case we will also refund the return shipping cost (if applicable).
