Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
  • Any sealed items must remain unopened to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the shipping address for the return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Customized Items Exception
  • Items that have been customized with a message, initials, or any other personalization cannot be returned or refunded, unless an error was made in the customization.
  • If there is a mistake in the customization due to our error, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for a resolution.
